TV And Film Star And Academy Award Nominee Dies At 82

Actor Ryan O’Neal died on December 8, 2023, at age 82 from congestive heart failure due to long-term cardiomyopathy. He passed away at a Santa Monica hospital and was laid to rest at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park.

Known for his roles in Love Story, Paper Moon, and What’s Up, Doc?, O’Neal earned multiple award

His son Patrick paid tribute on Instagram, calling him “a very generous man” and reflecting on his deep bond with late actress Farrah Fawcett, his longtime partner.
